SID(Semi-Conduct Integration Diode) OLED Display Device:

    Integrate a CMOS drive circuit on semiconductor. Put pixel pattern conducting layer on the top of CMOS circuit, and then assemble lower electrode, isolation layer, organic light-emitting layer and upper electrode (for connecting cathodes of all pixels) in turn.

In general, white light + color filter layer is used to realize full color display, and color filter layer is composed of a RGB color filter and a black material matrix isolation strip.

    Finally, close glass cover to complete encapsulation, to assemble a complete silicon-based OLED micro display.
